The Pineal Gland in our brain produces the chemical called dimethyltryptamine (DMT) During this meditation Dr. Joe will guide you in a mystical breathing experience as you accelerate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, apply pressure to the pineal gland and create some very profound metabolites including benzodiazepine and DMT.
