Self Made Motivation was created in 2015 during the most challenging time in my life. I would say "there was a calling" in my soul that pushed me to make a promise to myself to create my own happiness by motivating myself with something positive everyday.
That is when the Self Made Motivation Facebook page was created. Creating Self Made Motivation pushed me to hold myself accountable to post daily to motivate myself and hopefully inspire others too!
Over the years health and wellness has been a priority to explore different music for meditation to learn how to quiet my mind, relax and the embrace silence to raise my consciousness to higher levels while practicing the Law of Attraction as I AM manifesting my thoughts into things.
Our thoughts are very powerful!
Meditation is life changing, it has truly exceeded my expectations so much that it kicked my mental health motivation into overdrive and it is NOW my passion to do what I love doing most and that is sharing the love of spirituality with powerful Quantum Physics teachings from Dr. Joe Dispenza and brilliant Epigenetic Education by Dr. Bruce Lipton.
We are all here to raise the vibrational frequencies of Mother Earth through unity, love, compassion and unconditional love.
Expanding our consciousness and seeing ourselves in others opens up our hearts in more ways than you can ever imagine.
These extraordinary Doctors have helped me learn to raise my frequency and expand this beautiful journey of life to it's max potential.
